Reference list entries are not required when you cite ancient Greek and Roman works or classical religious works. However, in the first in-text citation, indicate the version of the classic work you used. For the Bible, use the format "Quote" (Book Chapter: Verse, Translation).
Example: "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2, The New King James Version).
