Some library videos require your browser to store cookies in order to load. If you get an error message when you try to open a library video that says: "We were unable to sign you in because your browser is not accepting cookies," you can try several things to access the video.

First, we recommend using Google Chrome to access library videos. The videos use Canvas and Panopto, which are optimized for Chrome. Other browser may not work as well.

If you get the "browser is not accepting cookies" error in Chrome, you need to enable third-party cookies. Read through the attached PDF document provided by Panopto for step-by-step instructions on enabling cookies in Chrome.

You can also try enabling cookies in your preferred browser if you do not use Chrome. The attached PDF document contains directions for enabling cookies in Firefox, Safari, and Edge as well as Chrome.
