Q. Is my library information private?

The R. A. Williams Library protects the privacy of our users. Staff members will protect information about library users, their requests for information and materials, their use of resources, and their loan transactions, and will not transmit such information to individuals or to any private or public agency without an order from a court of competent jurisdiction, or as otherwise required by law.
