When using the library catalog and you find a print book title checked out or not on the shelf you can place a "hold" on the book and the library staff will let you know via email when the book is ready for pick up once it is returned. 

From the library catalog record for the book title -- click on the link "place hold", then enter your User ID and pin number. 

Note: You cannot place a hold on a Reserve book, Reference book, or any items that cannot be "checked out".

User ID for students is your AHU Student ID number. 

User ID for faculty and staff is the barcode number under you employee ID.

Password -- If you have not previously logged into your library account, click on Reset Password to receive a new password. You can change the password after you log into your account.
