The 360 link icon you see when looking for articles indicates that the database you are using does not have the article in full-text and so you need to click the 360 link to see if another database has the complete full-text article.

If the article is available in another database the article usually pops up so you can read it. If no other database has the article you will see "sorry this item is not available online". The means you would need to request the article via Request an Article or Book. This is located under Menu on the library homepage then under Connect. 

The fancy name for 360 link is a link resolver.

Secret tip: Always check Google and Google Scholar just to see if the article happens to be free online.
